About Damco Development
Damco Development was built on a simple idea: every project — whether it's a custom-built home, a new addition, or a full remodel — should be handled with the same care and craftsmanship the homeowner would put into it themselves.
Based in Willowbrook, IL, Damco Development serves homeowners throughout the Chicago area with new home construction, additions, and remodeling services — including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Whether you're building from the ground up, expanding your home to fit a growing family, or re-imagining an existing space, our approach stays the same: we start by listening. We take the time to understand how you use your home, what isn't working today, and what you're hoping to create for the future.
From there, our team manages every step of the process — design and material selection, permitting and planning, construction, and final finishing touches — so you can feel confident your project is in capable hands from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
We take pride in clear communication, dependable timelines, and construction quality that holds up for years to come. Whether we're framing a new build, opening up a wall for an addition, or transforming a dated kitchen, our standards don't change. When you work with Damco Development, you're not just hiring a contractor — you're partnering with a team that treats your home like it matters, because it does.
"We have had three homes and we were so happy with Damco we had them work on all of them, from the remodels to the new construction in Clarendon Hills. Good service is hard to find these days, honest and fair, we are very grateful. To this day we still communicate with any questions or ideas and their response is always quick and insightful." -Richard
"Damco was referred to us from a friend’s basement work and we hired them for our kitchen. They did a wonderful job with the budget that was given and completed it on schedule. We were very happy with the work so we also had them finish our basement!"
"Not only was the work phenomenal with our basement...they care. Their ideas with design and budget were a major plus. They listened to our ideas and gave insight so we were able to make the right decisions. While working on the basement project they corrected other items that were issues in our home. “Quality and affordability” is their motto, and it’s spot on. To this day we still have them work on our home projects / repairs."

"We have an older home with many remodels and additions before our purchase. When it was time to remodel many contractors turned us away. Damco was up to the task and took on the project where others would not. Very insightful, knowledgeable in dealing with difficult construction situations. With so many obstacles the work was completed to our satisfaction. We are so grateful to have found them!" -Kara
